What format do I send my footage in?
Any standard video format works — MP4, MOV, MKV, and most others. You can share via Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer, or any cloud link. If you can record it, we can work with it.
How long does it take to receive my clips?
Turnaround depends on your plan tier. We work on a monthly delivery schedule so you always know when your clips are coming. Growth and Studio plans get priority turnaround.
Do I have to be on a long-term contract?
We work month-to-month. There is no annual commitment required. You choose a volume tier, and we deliver that month's clips. If your needs change, you can adjust or pause.
What if I don't like a clip?
Reach out and tell us. We want the output to feel like your content. If something misses the mark, we'll talk through what isn't working so future batches land better.
What length should my source video be?
The longer the better — more material means more clip options. Podcast episodes, full YouTube videos, coaching calls, and live streams all work well. We recommend at least 20 minutes of source footage per batch.
Can you match a specific visual style for my brand?
Yes, especially on Studio-tier plans. Tell us your caption style preferences, any brand colors, and what channels you're posting to. We calibrate to your look over the first batch.
